Dr. Julie Cadet-Plassman, a Miami native and proud member of the Haitian community, graduated from Ross University in 2016 and completed her residency at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, where she served as Chief Resident. With a strong background in internal medicine, Dr. Cadet-Plassman founded Any Care Medical Center with a mission to provide comprehensive, personalized care to each patient, no matter their condition.
